For a little while today,
I was missing home.
I missed enjoying the sunshine
driving in my tank-ish Tahoe.
Oh the days that I could drive through Chic-fil-A,
and then whip into a parking space at Target
to spend the afternoon ambling mindlessly through the aisles.
Today, I went to website instead.
Now this "Brit-ican"

I'd seen the cute bowls at Kellee's house... and loved them.
I'd looked at the cute tumblers in store... and loved those, too.

But never did I know...
they made bicycles!

The pen & paper is out...
and Christmas List 2010 has officially begun!
So pretty. I love all of the feminine florals. You have a lovely blog.
ReplyDeleteooooh i love the bowl, the glass, and the bike! sooo fun!!!!
ReplyDeleteI bought bunches of the collection when it launched in the States... then thought about the bike for a bit too long and lost out. I guess with shopping there are times when if you snooze, you lose.
ReplyDeleteYes, I loved seeing that bicycle too. I walk into Target & find things I had no idea that I needed.
ReplyDeleteBest,
Colleen
Love these. I bought some of the platters and cups as soon as I saw them on the shelves at old Tar-jay! Great brand :)
ReplyDeleteI stalked several different Targets when LOL hit the shelves here. I outfitted my guest bed with their quilt and linens...and of course several other accessories and pillows. LOVES!
ReplyDeleteNext time you're homesick, think about us sitting still on the Tollway, while you walk off and on the tube...Mind the Gap! ;)

ReplyDeletei tried to buy this stuff when it came out but when i went in to the store a couple days after the shelves were EMPTY. sigh. but i did not know about the bicycle. i want that! i too, think we could be buds. :)
ReplyDeletei'm still not sure why target decided to stop carrying this line...don't they know they have several fans?!? after skyping yesterday, i can't stop thinking about what i'm going to order! next time you miss home, you should just come visit!!
ReplyDeleteOh I just love them! I so want that bicycle! :)
ReplyDelete*sigh* I wish we had Target in Canada!! I'll have to stick to website inspiration too.

ReplyDeleteLove that bike...I didn't know they made it either! Thanks for getting me up to speed on the little treasures.
XOXO
Too bad you missed the big Liberty revival last year when they covered the entire store with fabric! Have been a fan of those happy floral prints ever since my first smocked dress... and the bicycle is too cute!
