"Living is like tearing through a museum.
Not until later do you really start
absorbing what you saw,
thinking about it,
looking it up in a book,
and remembering -
because you can't take it in all at once."
— Audrey Hepburn
With the combined anniversary of Audrey Hepburn's death
and the 50th anniversary of the release of
Breakfast at Tiffany's
this year,
I find myself having a bit of an Audrey moment today.
Here's one for you, too.
How cute...and your blog is looking really nice these days!!!

Her book is on my coffee table along with a quotes book from Mother Teresa. The only two women that can get me through any day! :D
ReplyDeleteI watched Breakfast over the weekend, just wonderful
ReplyDeleteI so adore Audrey. I think we should all have an Audrey moment. Can't walk by Tiffany's without thinking of her.
ReplyDeleteAudrey really is one of the most special and beautiful ladies that has ever lived. She inspires me all the time with her words and beauty. She'd be there if I could invite a famous dead person to dinner! Thanks for the 'Audrey moment'!
