Amidst the grey skies of London & Paris,
I'm starting to see spring break through.
It feels so nice.
The bright sunshine
and the shorter hems
silently promise that, soon,
warmer days will be here to stay!
But the best promise of the good weather to come?
The bright bursts of colors that keep finding me.
Oh, April in Paris....
hurry!

Spring has fully hit DC- there's one thing that DC has over Paris right now! But I think that may be the only thing :)

ReplyDeleteOh how I'm loving your blog!!! Thank you so much for stopping by mine, and for your super fabulous comment...to answer your question, I went to Albuquerque to visit my sister and her hubby for a week while she was on spring break and we had a lovely time!
As for my name...yes, I was named after "The Sound of Music," and I love that you are a fan of the film and love the name! Yay! I LOVE my name, it is one of my favorite things in life...not to be referencing the film with that phrase...hehe...I seriously, have loved being named Liesl and having a different name! It never bugs me and one of the most common comments I get is "oh I love our name," or "were you named after 'The Sound of Music!" :)
In fact, just the other week another Liesl found me in blogland and she has a lovely blog too...I have found that almost all girls named Liesl are blonde, unlike the character in the film...hehe! :)
OK, I simply must follow your lovely spot in blogland! Hope you have a Fabulous Friday ahead!!! :)
