City of Brights

By the time the sleepy heads on the West Coast read this,
I'll be pulling out of St. Pancras Station
and waving "Bon Voyage" to crowds of confused bystanders.

And I'll be wearing this.

Dorothy Perkins, $89 | Kara Ross Earrings

Isn't it amazing?

But the truth is...
 I actually won't be wearing either of these beauties.

In fact,
I'll be wearing a dress
I found on clearance at Gap yesterday for £4.65.

It's pretty cute, too, though.

Oh well,
I'll be happy with just one dream
coming true for today.

{You know, that one dream about moving to Paris.}

Au revoir, mes cheries!

  2. The dress is of course fabulous - but I saw 'St Pancras', looked out of the window and thought 'hmmmmm' - can't be right - or if so - brave! I am imagining you have gone for something warmer today - it's snowing here in the north!

  12. I haven't been reading for too long, but I've loved your London adventures. I can't wait to read about Paris, but I might be too jealous to handle it! What a dream. I might have missed the story along the way, but what are you guys doing over there? Sounds like you started out with Oxford for studies (grad school? MBA?), but what has made you lucky enough to keep up the life abroad?
